Richard began visiting the center in 2006, serving our mission with his talent and time. In 2019, he was asked, ” Why don’t you sign up to Volunteer and he did! He volunteered full-time in the Furniture Store. He has a strong focus and belief in God and lives with the saying (In him all things are possible. His Special outreach mission is the Furniture store, where he shares God’s love, moves furniture, and supports others with compassion.

Over the years, he has had highs and lows from being homeless. Medical issues that brought him to the Sharing Center helped him get his life back on track. So, giving positive things to others here and his service are the tipping point. For himself and others, he asks nothing in return except to serve.
