MaryAnn Dean began volunteering at The Sharing Center in 2025, serving in our Distribution Center. She started by sorting clothing and later moved on to hanging clothes, joining a wonderful group of volunteers who share strong faith roots and a heart for service.

MaryAnn has a passion for cooking and loves sharing meals with neighbors, family, and friends. That same generosity carries into her time at The Sharing Center. Every Thursday, you can find her faithfully serving, and she truly dislikes having to miss a day. Part of her personal mission is helping others, and she often purchases clothing here for family, friends, and children as another way to give back and show her love for the organization.

Outside of volunteering, MaryAnn keeps herself active by walking three miles each day, carrying a bag of treats for the birds and squirrels along the way. It is a simple act that brings her great joy.
