Finding meaningful employment isn’t always easy—especially for those who are unemployed, underemployed, or navigating challenging circumstances. That’s why The Sharing Center created ProjectRISE, a comprehensive five-week workforce development program designed to equip individuals with the tools they need to secure stable jobs and achieve economic independence.
Over the course of five weeks, participants engage in a powerful blend of classroom instruction, professional development, and hands-on experiences tailored to their individual goals and objectives.
Each participant is also paired with a success coach who helps create a customized plan for their career journey and provides ongoing guidance throughout the program.

ProjectRISE isn’t just about finding a job; it’s about building confidence, unlocking potential, and setting participants on a path toward long-term stability. By addressing both professional and personal growth, the program empowers individuals to take charge of their futures and rise above their current circumstances.

One of the most valuable components of ProjectRISE is the opportunity to interact directly with employers. Mock interviews, networking opportunities, and exposure to industry-specific resources help participants gain practical experience while building connections that can lead to lasting employment opportunities.
ProjectRISE is designed for unemployed or underemployed adults who are seeking to secure meaningful employment and achieve economic stability.
The program focuses on emotional intelligence, soft skills, workplace readiness, and job acquisition strategies. Participants also gain real-world experience through mock interviews and networking with local employers.
ProjectRISE runs for five weeks. The first four weeks include classroom instruction, while the final week focuses on interviews, networking, and career development resources.
Each participant is paired with a success coach who provides one-on-one support, guidance, and encouragement throughout the program.
Yes. During the final week, participants meet with employers, receive valuable feedback from mock interviews, and explore trade and educational opportunities for further growth.
